You must add your email address to the notes section in paypal otherwise, I will email you to your Paypal email.

Pay attention to items that have a page limit. If you PDF exceeds the page limit you will have to purchase another one until you reach you the amount of pages you have.

For Bates Numbering
- We will discuss via email your specifications.

For Watermarks
- Custom watermarks are available.

For Redactions
- Will require a scanned version of what you need redacted. I will neatly redact the clean version.

For Action Buttons:
- Custom buttons available.
- If you need SUBMIT FORM button, you need to specify the email it will be submitted to.

For redesigning form:
1. Send me your old form in PDF, word or text. 
2. If you don’t have a form – this is what I will need from you:

• a text document with the exact questions, phrases, disclaimers you want to appear on the form
• a rough draft of how and where you want the information to appear.

3. Or you can grab a sample form from google/bing and send it to me and I will format it that  way.

If you have a form already I can make it fillable and/or add action buttons - just send it to me.
